The Journal of Social Welfare Science (JIKS) was first published in September 2002 under the Center for Social Welfare Studies of the Department of Social Welfare Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia. This publication aims to develop academic frameworks and practical experiences in social welfare issues.
We accept various articles discussing social welfare issues within academic frameworks and practical experiences. Authors may submit articles discussing research findings and conceptual studies. JIKS is regularly published twice a year, in April and October.
