The Undergraduate Program in Social Welfare Studies, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Indonesia, is an academic program based on coursework, practical training, and research. Its curriculum is designed to equip students with both theoretical understanding and practical skills for professionally analyzing and addressing social issues.
The total credit requirement for the Undergraduate Program in Social Welfare Studies is 144 credits, which includes compulsory courses, elective courses, fieldwork practice, and a final thesis. The program is structured to be completed in eight (8) semesters, with a minimum study period of eight semesters and a maximum of sixteen semesters, in accordance with Universitas Indonesia’s academic regulations. Students are also entitled to take up to two semesters of academic leave.
